TSI Sign Up Form

Using your malakoffisd.org email address, complete the TSI Sign Up Form and submit or sign up on the bulletin board outside room 126. When I have gathered the responses and schedule a testing session, you will receive an email on your school email or a TSI Test slip with the date you are scheduled to take the test. You are in high school, therefore, it is your responsibility to show up on time and ready to test. All TSI tests will begin promptly at 8:05 am in room 126.
