Attention Malakoff ISD

Texas Senate Bill 12 mandates parental consent for the school district to provide routine (non-emergency) medical services, including but not limited to the administration of medication, routine screenings for vision and hearing, and monitoring chronic health conditions. The bill also mandates parental consent for counseling.
