Strength & Conditioning at Malakoff High School (check in at the weight room).
Mondays-Thursdays
June 1st-25th & July 6th-30th
Morning Session: 8:30-9:30
Evening Session: 6:30-7:30
Must complete the hour to receive credit towards Sweet 16.
Regardless of what sport you play, the best way to prepare is by coming to summer workouts! Show your coaches what you have to offer in the off-season, so they know who to count on in-season.
